🔍 Window and Door Service Lead - Tampa, FL

As a Window and Door Service Lead, you will coordinate Field Service team activities, provide leadership, and ensure technical accuracy and outstanding customer service. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

📍 Location: Tampa, FL
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
💰 Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00/hour (depending on experience)

• 👥 Lead & Support: Guide Field Service technicians, ensuring safety and compliance.
• 📅 Scheduling: Prepare schedules, approve absences/overtime, and maintain workflow.
• 🔧 Problem-Solving: Assist with complex service issues and make resolution decisions.
• 📈 Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to Field Service and Manufacturing teams.
• 🎓 Training: Ensure proper training and development for team members.
• 📝 Documentation: Maintain accurate records and participate in performance reviews.
• 💻 Software Administration: Manage Field Service software, reporting, and user setup.
• 🛠 Hands-On Work: Operate tools as needed and maintain company vehicle.

• 💬 Communication: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• 🧠 Decision-Making: Ability to assess complex situations and prioritize effectively.
• ➗ Math & Reasoning: Basic calculations and problem-solving skills.
• 📜 Certifications: Laminated Reglazing and Aerial Lift Truck operation (or ability to obtain).
• 🏋️ Physical Requirement: Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
