🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM Start
💵 Pay: $20.00/hour

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be a key player in driving revenue and supporting our dealer network. Your mission? Build strong customer relationships, process orders efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience from quote ➡️ delivery.

• Master our quoting platforms: CustomView and WebCP
• Manage the full quote-to-order process with precision
• Identify product limitations and requirements (think wind load & steel reinforcements)
• Review and edit quotes, resolve discrepancies, and finalize orders
• Communicate with dealers to clarify details and ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with production teams for CAD drawings and special order parts
• Determine shipping methods and charges, then submit orders for production
• Support outside sales and ISS Level II teams with timely updates
• Handle dealer change requests and backorder communications
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

• 1–2 years of customer service or inside sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma required; college coursework a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in windows and doors industry is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
• A team-first mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, decimals)
