• Perform warranty and non-warranty repairs on windows and doors, including adjusting components, replacing parts, conducting water tests, and taking measurements.
• Travel to customer homes within a designated territory based on scheduled appointments.
• Request necessary parts from internal suppliers to complete service jobs.
• Review and verify work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Document all service work performed using company systems.
• Uphold MITER Brands’ Core Values in all customer interactions.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Previous experience in glass repair, window installation, or construction is required.
• Clean driving record (Department of Motor Vehicles).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely climb ladders up to 40 feet.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
