🕒 Shift & Pay

• 💵 Pay Range: $25.29/hour
• 🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• 🌞 Day Shift: 8:00 AM start time

• 🤝 Support techs with product questions and reschedules
• 📞 Manage morning reschedule call/send lists
• 📊 Run and update OTD reports, follow up on CSR errors
• 🗓️ Help find earlier service dates for urgent cases
• 🧩 Add service appointments to the Gantt chart and confirm with CSRs
• 🧳 Assist with tech coverage during vacations or zone impacts
• 📅 Use pull-forward and open case lists to fill schedule gaps
• 🖨️ Prep paperwork: manifests, shippers, glass adds for techs 
• 🚚 Coordinate Portland trips: assign dock doors, create waves, and communicate with expeditor
• 🔍 Review daily reports and manifests for late adds or missing items
• 📁 Scan and organize glass add documentation
• 🧾 Invoice completed shipments and resolve open orders
• 🧹 Review purge lists and advise techs on next steps
• 📦 Provide techs with supplies and support throughout the day

• 📦 1–2 years of customer service experience using an enterprise system (manufacturing preferred)
• 🪟 Experience in window sales or service is a plus, but not required
• 🎓 High school diploma required; college degree is a bonus
• 💻 Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• 🧠 Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• ☎️ Comfortable handling multiple phone lines
