🕒 Shift & Pay

• 📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start
• 💵 Compensation: Starting at $22/hour, depending on experience

💡 Career Growth Opportunity: This role is designed with a clear path to grow into a Service I Technician position, based on business needs. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s motivated to build a long-term career in the field—with increased responsibilities and pay as you advance.

• 🛻 Prep and distribute glass and parts for 9 local service trucks daily.
• 🔎 Inspect glass during the pulling process to ensure quality and accuracy
• ✅ Perform daily audits to ensure accuracy and readiness.
• 🧹 Purge completed or canceled orders from the 915 area.
• 🤝 Collaborate with other departments to resolve missing or damaged orders.
• 🦺 Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
• 💡 Live out Milgard’s values and help build a positive, team-first culture.

• 📦 Previous warehouse experience—window manufacturing is a big plus!
• 🪟 Glass handling knowledge is a bonus.
• 💪 Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted.
• 🧭 Strong self-management and multitasking skills.
• 🤗 Team player attitude with a commitment to collaboration.
