Milgard Windows and Doors, part of the MITER Brands family, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team in Sacramento, CA. • Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Respond to inquiries with accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps and internal teams to meet sales goals.
• Process orders and manage customer accounts using CRM tools.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in the window and door industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
