As a Credit Associate II, you’ll play a key role in maintaining strong financial health and customer relationships. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collections and resolving issues with professionalism and precision.

• Driving cash flow by executing effective collection strategies
• Meeting company goals for delinquency, collections, and customer satisfaction
• Communicating with customers to resolve overdue accounts and payment issues
• Performing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
• Issuing and resolving credit holds to keep orders moving
• Collaborating with credit management on customer credit reviews
• Processing adjustments and distributing invoices efficiently
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints with a solutions-first mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
