NewSouth is looking for a team member with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to multi-task, and provide the highest quality customer service.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers and document issues in CRM system
  • Order products and schedule all services needed
  • Confirm all service agreements are uploaded and orders are placed
  • Track services for completion and quality check
  • Follow-up to confirm the product is ordered immediately and correctly for project
  • Contact customers periodically to update on material orders and expected start date
  • Track the processing of all Return Merchandise Authorizations
  • Work with collaboratively with Service Techs to collect all necessary documentation or information

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of administrative, operations, or production coordination experience preferred
  • Window and door industry experience a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with computers, including CRM systems and order management tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work cross-functionally
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Dependable, collaborative, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work this schedule onsite- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
