A Senior Office Manager acts as a liaison between the Market Office Managers and both Corporate Accounting and Senior Management. They are responsible for training, support, and driving all processes pertaining to the bookkeeping & concierge responsibilities of the field markets

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Market Office Managers to ensure consistency and continuity in processes and procedures, while providing support and guidance as needed
  • Training & onboarding responsibilities for new Office Managers
  • Accounts Receivable Support
  • D365 Support on all levels of market responsibilities
  • Partner with IT/Corporate Accounting to streamline existing processes and create more efficient work steps
  • SOP updates/Playbook BPO
  • Backup Office Manager responsibilities in lieu of open positions and those on PTO
  • Audit existing Office Manager work to ensure processes are being followed by the SOPs/training
  • Oversee Window & Door Market Concierges to ensure standardized processes & a consistently high level of customer service. This includes conducting data reviews, performance reviews, and partnering with Market Office Managers for support and guidance

Requirements:

  • This position will require travel at a minimum of 50% to perform the job duties that cannot be completed using technology resources
  • Access to all operating systems for each market

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of office manager or relevant work experience
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience
  • Strong accounting skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • CRM & ERP experience
  • Excellent interpersonal & team building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Travel Requirements

Travel for training maybe required or annual meetings, less than 10% annual travel.
