As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll be a key player in driving revenue and supporting our dealer network. You’ll manage customer relationships, process orders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from quote to delivery.

Western Window Systems part of MITER Brands is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Phoenix. MITER Brands, which includes Milgard, MI Windows & Doors, and PGT Innovations, is a leader in the window and door manufacturing industry, known for high-quality vinyl windows and patio doors.

• Mastering our quoting platforms: CustomView and WebCP
• Managing the full quote-to-order process with precision and attention to detail
• Identifying product limitations and requirements (e.g., wind load, steel reinforcements)
• Reviewing and editing quotes, resolving discrepancies, and finalizing orders
• Communicating with dealers to clarify quote details and ensure accuracy
• Coordinating with production teams for CAD drawings and special order parts
• Determining shipping methods and charges, and submitting orders for production
• Supporting outside sales and ISS Level II teams with timely updates and solutions
• Handling dealer change requests and backorder communications
• Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction

• 1–2 years of customer service or inside sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma required; college coursework a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in windows and doors industry is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
• A team-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Basic math skills including fractions, percentages, and decimals
