🕒 Shift & Pay:

📅 Monday–Friday
⏰ 4PM start time
💵 $22/hr plus a $2 shift differential – Competitive pay for a job well done!

Responsibilities

  • ✅ Gather carts and organize items in the warehouse
  • ✅ Ensure shipments match documentation and are loaded correctly 🚚
  • ✅ Secure loads to prevent damage or breakage 🛡️
  • ✅ Collaborate in a supportive team environment 🤝
  • ✅ Keep the warehouse stocked and track down missing products 🔍
  • ✅ Follow all safety procedures 🦺
  • ✅ Live out Milgard’s values and help motivate your team 🌟

Qualifications

  • 🔹 Previous warehouse experience (window manufacturing a plus!)
  • 🔹 Glass handling or knowledge is a bonus 🪟
  • 🔹 Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted 💪
  • 🔹 Strong multitasking and self-management skills 🧩
  • 🔹 A team-first attitude and positive energy 🙌
