💵 Pay: Starting at $22.00/hr + $2.00 Swing Shift Differential 💸
🕒 Shift: Swing Shift – Starts at 3:30 PM 🌇

🧰 Your Role:

• 📦 Load trucks and stock delivery routes
• 📝 Follow standard operating procedures
• 🚚 Ensure loads are complete and properly ordered
• 🔍 Troubleshoot missing products and expedite delivery
• 🛡️ Secure loads to prevent damage
• 🗂️ Maintain accurate paperwork and report discrepancies
• 💼 Represent Milgard’s Core Values in every interaction
• 🦺 Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

✅ What You Bring:

• 🎓 High school diploma or GED
• 💪 Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• 🧠 Mechanical aptitude & tape measure skills
• 📱 Comfortable using handheld scanners
• 🪟 Glass handling experience is a plus (but not required!)
• 🧾 Ability to read window labels and route codes
• 👐 Good hand dexterity
