Production Assembler- Vinyl Specials

Join Milgard Windows and Doors as a Production Assembler in our Vinyl Specials line. You’ll be responsible for constructing windows and patio doors across all phases of assembly. Success in this role requires a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency to meet departmental goals.

🏢 Company: Milgard Windows and Doors (Part of MITER Brands)

🕓 Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM start time (Overtime required), occasional Saturdays 
💵 Compensation: Starting at $22.00/hour

  • 1+ year in Assembly, Manufacturing, or Warehouse roles  
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure  
  • Experience using hand and power tools
• ➕ Skills
  • Basic math skills including fractions and addition/subtraction  
  • Ability to read and write in English  
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
• 🎓 Education
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• 💪 Physical Requirements
  Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
