Summary

· Work hard and meet expected daily deadlines.

· Knowledge of product (helpful)

· History of Excellent attendance

· Computer literate

· Oracle experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Essential functions include:

· Be Trained in Production Control and Glass Control as a backup person.

· Able to walk in the glass stocking area to do crate inventory.

· Note Product type, glass and amount. Correctly record it,

· Do glass inventory in manufacturing area.

· Able to read a tape measure or proficient enough after 2 weeks.

· Able to do paperwork.

· Follow established procedures.

· Use checklist.

· Manually keep track of progress

· Learn how to order custom Tempered glass.

· Learn how to order stock crates and anticipate usage to have stock arrive before needed.

· Learn Production paperwork/process

· Sort stacks of paperwork into proper collections.

· Release and schedule work of lines to established capacity numbers.

· Take notes and refer to them when having issues.

· Learn how to process glass labels

· Read labels for certain words or numbers and mark accordingly.

· Separate labels out to create proper batches

· Correlate muntin labels with glass labels

· Retrieve drawings that are needed and process them according to established procedures.

· learn how to create packets for Glass departments.

· Understanding of the opts system in relation to job function.

· SB client or any related ERP in the future adaption.

· Familiar with Microsoft Office products.

· Excel a must

· Able to edit cells

· Print needed area of spreadsheet.

· Familiar with Outlook/Email.

· Quality minded.

· Communicate within the department, with other departments, supervisors, and vendors.

· Able to find resolution to issues.

· Assist in daily issues which go beyond job function.

· Special projects as assigned

· Roadmap creation and segregation.

· Possibly provide Drop-grid printouts for units using a spreadsheet template
