🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• 🏠 Home Repairs: Perform warranty & non-warranty service calls in customer homes
• 🧠 Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues, adjust components, replace parts, and perform water tests
• ✈️ Island Travel: Drive or fly to service locations across your territory
• 📦 Parts Management: Coordinate with internal suppliers to get the right tools for the job
• 📋 Documentation: Keep accurate records and ensure top-notch service
• 🦺 Safety First: Follow all PPE and safety protocols to protect yourself and others
• 💬 Customer Care: Deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationship

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 🔨 Construction Experience (required)
• 🪟 Glass/Window Knowledge (a plus, but not required)
• 🧰 Mechanical Aptitude
• 🚗 Clean DMV Record
• 🪜 Ability to Climb Ladders & Lift 50 lb
