📍 Location: Orlando, FL

💵 Compensation: $21.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience)

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through hands-on service, repairs, and installations. You’ll work directly with customers at job sites and residences, supporting senior technicians and maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and quality.

• Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers
• Assist with part deliveries, warehouse cleaning, and job site support
• Clean installed products at customer sites as needed
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Use iPads and other devices to document service events and review schedules
• Collaborate with other technicians on multi-person projects
• Ensure job sites are left clean and in original condition
• Submit detailed service documentation using company software
• Maintain inventory levels in warehouse and service vehicle
• Keep service vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Inspect incoming parts for quality; reject and reorder as needed
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and managing parts

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with windows, doors, and basic construction tools
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and mobile devices
• Clean driving record per company policy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with safe use of hand and power tools
• Aerial Lift Qualified or ability to become certified within 6 months
• Strong communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to read and follow instructions, write reports, and present information clearly
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
• Sound judgment and ability to identify and resolve service issues
