🔧 Field Service Technician – Windows & Doors

📍 Location: State of Pennsylvania 
💲 Starting Pay: $19.68/hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 a.m.

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our brand in the field, ensuring our products perform at their best and our customers are satisfied.

• Contacting homeowners or job supervisors to schedule service appointments
• Inspecting and processing service orders for accuracy and damage
• Diagnosing and repairing window and door issues on-site
• Documenting service visits, repairs, and parts orders
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers
• Maintaining a clean, organized service vehicle and inventory
• Using hand tools (drills, suction cups, etc.) safely and effectively
• Troubleshooting issues like water/air infiltration and performing adjustments
• Upholding a neat, professional appearance and demeanor
• Safely working on ladders and handling raw materials with proper PPE

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on a 32-foot ladder
• Familiarity with SharePoint and basic service documentation
• Experience with Milgard products or similar is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
