Production Coordinator - Ultra

A Production Coordinator job in Fife, WA is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. You must have prior manufacturing experience managing a team. Have a mechanical aptitude with the ability to read a tape measure. In this role, you will assist in the work activities of department employees. Milgard Windows and Doors is the leading manufacturer of windows and doors in the western United States with operations in Washington, Oregon, and California. Milgard was recently acquired by MI Windows, which creates additional opportunities for growth and synergies between these two industry leaders. 

• Oversee departmental activities per standard operating procedures. 

• Work with Shift Supervisor and department Lead to support personnel to achieve an efficient operation at all times. 

• Assist Shift Supervisor and department Lead to see that all manufacturing orders are followed through properly to completion and are filled out properly before turning in. 

• Assists personnel in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments to perform work according to standard operating procedures. 

• Provide orderly and efficient changeover to the next shift. 

• Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions. 

• Support training and development of team members. 

• Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment. 

• Prior leadership experience mentoring and motivating a team of individuals 

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred 

• Compute basic math equations and accurately read a tape measure 

• High-level Mechanical Aptitude 

• Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted
