We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented expert who can accurately measure windows and doors, assess job sites, and perform service work as needed. Your work sets the foundation for a flawless customer experience—and we’ll give you the tools, support, and team to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately measure windows and doors for upcoming installation projects

• Perform on-site service and minor repairs for windows and doors

• Assess job sites and identify any potential installation issues

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about project details

• Maintain detailed and organized records using internal systems

• Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure project readiness

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in construction or window and door installation

• Hands-on installation experience strongly preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and measuring accuracy

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

• Computer literate and able to document jobs digitally

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Travel Requirements:

• Company provides vehicle to travel to customers’ homes in the local market daily.
