Territory Sales Manager

MITER Brands also known as Milgard and MI Windows & Doors, is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. We are looking for a Outside Sales Representative for the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey territory to join our sales team.  In this role you will have responsibility for selling MI products through our dealer/distributor channel, promoting sales and margin growth and business opportunities while providing professional product expertise, business counsel and marketing advice to our dealers, architects and home builders.

Total Compensation: An attractive compensation plan is available with salary, commission, car allowance, and a competitive benefits package

• Provide first class service to existing accounts in prompt, professional manner.
• Establish and grow positive relationships through account management.
• Train account associates to sell and understand key benefits of our products.
• Keep sales management informed of any issues or potential issues with the customer.
• Monitor external competition within the account and provide regular updates and recommendations to sales management to maintain and grow market share.
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy to better serve the customer.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the product line.
• Maintain stock integrity, negotiate returns and build strong rapport with account personnel.

• BA/BS in Management, Marketing or related field; or a successful combination of education and experience to perform the essential functions of the position
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers in territory
• Ability to successfully manage customer expectations by providing superior service to each customer
• Able to interface and communicate effectively with individuals with diverse backgrounds at varying levels of an organization
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
