đź“Ť Location: Tualatin Manufacturing Facility (250+ team members)

đź•’ Shifts Available:

  • Day Shift: Starts at 5:00 AM, working 8–11 hours
  • Swing Shift: Starts at 4:00 PM, working 8–11 hours
    (Includes a $2/hour shift differential)

đź’µ Pay:

  • $22/hour base pay
  • $24/hour for Swing Shift with differential

Responsibilities

  • Support product build and assembly processes with accuracy and efficiency using standard work instructions
  • Focus on quality and timely delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in every interaction
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE
  • Collaborate with a team that values craftsmanship, precision, and pride in their work

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction, roofing, or warehouse work
  • Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Ability to solve basic math problems, including fractions and addition/subtraction
