NewSouth Window Solutions is seeking enthusiastic Call Center Agents to support our sales efforts by answering inbound calls, following up with web leads, and scheduling in-home sales consultations. You’ll play a key role in providing a great first impression for our customers and bridging the gap between the retail branches and our centralized headquarters.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high-volume of incoming calls and respond to web leads quickly to schedule sales appointments
  • Conduct short phone surveys to qualify customers before appointments
  • Accurately enter customer data and call notes in our CRM system
  • Confirm and update scheduled appointments as needed
  • Review appointment schedules and lead assignments daily
  • Transfer non-sales calls to the appropriate departments
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or a call center environment
  • Strong computer skills; able to multi-task while navigating CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a team-first attitude
  • Upbeat, professional, and persistent personality
  • Punctual, dependable, and organized
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus
  • Must be able to work within these hours: Mon- Friday 8am-7pm & Rotating Saturdays
