Receiver

The Receiver in our Parts area will be responsible for managing and executing all receiving operations. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of parts and materials within the organization.

You will work Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m. The hourly compensation starts at $22.00.,

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of parts and materials.
• Record and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with the purchasing and production teams to ensure timely receipt and availability of parts.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain the receiving area for efficient operations.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in shipments or inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.

• Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in relevant areas is a plus.
