Swing Shift Production Assembler - Insulated Glass

Milgard, a leader in the Window and Door industry, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Insulated Glass Production Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling insulated glass units with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality standards in production.

The hourly compensation starts at $22.00, plus $1.00 shift differential. You will work Monday through Firday starting at 3:30 p.m.

• Assemble insulated glass units following detailed specifications and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in materials or products.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or glass production is a plus.
• Previous experience in glass assembly or a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and instructions.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
