Senior Production Manager’s role is to support the Field Market Production teams in partnership with the market General Manager, as well as all levels of regional leadership. The manager will be responsible for ensuring Markets follow all production processes to install NewSouth Window Solutions product lines efficiently as well as profitably.

The

• Interview resource for Candidates for various production roles
• Training responsibilities for new Production Managers
• Develop, implement, and support process improvement plans for the following:
  • Precision Measure
  • Job Site Visits
  • Cycle Time(s)
  • Collections
  • Recruiting and Onboarding new Installers.
• D365 support for Production, Service and Warehousing functions
• Partner with IT/Corporate Accounting to streamline existing processes and create more efficient work steps.
• SOP updates/Playbook SOP updates
• Backup Production Manager responsibilities in lieu of an open field position.
• Execution of daily/weekly leadership production dashboard

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• 7+ years experience in the installation, construction, or home remodeling industry
• 7 years hands-on Fenestration experience
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success and employee engagement
