Painter II

The hourly compensation Starts at $24.50. You will work Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 a.m.

• Painting and Finishing: Apply paint and finishes to windows and doors using various techniques and equipment to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain painting equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with production team members to meet deadlines and achieve production goals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of paint usage and inventory levels.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in industrial painting, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of paint application techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed
