Inside Sales Order Entry

An Inside Sales Order Entry is available, in Temecula, CA at Milgard Windows and Doors. You be responsible for processing customer orders assigned from your Inside Sales Specialist Team.  In addition, you will escalate order issues with your Inside Sales Team Specialist, while focusing on min/max, buy-out orders, and scheduling them appropriately from your lead time sheet.  You will be in e-mail communication with internal departments that pertains to lead times and possible shipping updates on items scheduled incorrectly. The hourly compensation range is between $24.00 to $26.00, depending on experience. You will work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

• Order processing from assigned boards.
• Understand Min/Max, product type, and product knowledge.
• Orders and reorders that need quality check must have the correct Shipping Method plus factors assigned.
• Follow daily schedule coverage.
• All hand key orders, and CAD’s require check time with check partner up to 30 min.
• Be respectful of your peers.
• Help clarify questions with the Outside Sales Team, and Inside Sales team regarding outstanding orders.

• One year of experience preferrable in a manufacturing environment
• Able to build and ship correct warehouse and shipping methods.
• Internal and external customer service experience
• Written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to meet department KPI’s
• Attention to detail
