Configuration Specialist III - Paradigm Experience Preferred

The Configuration Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting business needs through adjustments to the ERP/CPQ system and developing solutions that support and improve our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with business leads and the ERP provider to design, test, and implement ERP solutions that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

• Translating business requirements into functional design specifications: This involves understanding the organization's business needs and translating them into how the ERP system should be configured, potentially including workflow definitions, security settings, and data configurations.
• They develop and execute test plans and validation to ensure the ERP system meets business needs and stakeholder requirements, including user acceptance testing, performance, security, and usability testing.
• They create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and workflows, ensuring clarity and traceability.
• They provide support to users, address concerns, help them utilize the system effectively, and conduct training sessions.
• They collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to gather requirements, provide recommendations for system changes, and implement solutions.
• Actively strives for 1st contact resolution and keeps customer service at the forefront, both internal and external clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in technology-related role(s).
• Existing Knowledge of Paradigm ERP System
• Advanced knowledge of product including Window and Doors at WWS or similar BU
• Intermediate skill level mathematical computing
• Can calculate mathematical formulas in the system to determine cut lengths and pricing in the system
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform duties independently under general/minimal supervision within specific assignments.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and Ticket Management systems is a plus. (Paradigm, Sales Force, TechConnect)
• 3+ Years in mixed system knowledge
• Knowledge of Window/Door Manufacturing Processes is a plus (Assemblies, EDI’s, Machine Integration)
• Minimum 1 year supporting a Window/Door Manufacturing Environment or similar BU
