Receptionist

Milgard Manufacturing, in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our company and will have strong computer administrative skills to support our daily operations.

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Maintain and update company databases and records.
• Assist with document preparation and data entry tasks.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services and products.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
