Responsibilities

We are looking for an upbeat, customer-focused Lead Setter to be the first face and voice of NewSouth Window in our retail showroom. This is a dynamic, fully onsite role that combines in-person hospitality with outbound calling efforts to help drive sales.

 

The Lead Setter will welcome visitors to our showroom, offer tours, and schedule appointments with our sales team. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for making approximately 80 outbound calls per day to follow up with potential customers — conducting short qualification surveys and booking in-home consultations for our sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all walk-in customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable tours of our showroom
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments between customers and the sales team
  • Make 80+ outbound follow-up calls daily to engage leads and schedule in-home sales consultations
  • Conduct brief phone surveys to qualify customers before scheduling visits
  • Accurately enter customer data and call notes into internal software while actively on calls
  • Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, showroom visits, and online inquiries
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and resilient attitude when handling objections or challenging calls
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals for call volume and appointment setting

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to multi-task while navigating CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a team-oriented mindset
  • Upbeat, friendly, and persistent personality
  • Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills
  • Spanish bilingual preferred
  • Ability to work this schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Every Other Saturday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
