Quality Technician

Milgard Windows and Doors, a leader in the window and door manufacturing industry, is renowned for our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Our beautiful Temecula location is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality in our products. The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting and testing materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet Milgard's quality standards. This role involves identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with production teams to improve quality processes.

The hourly compensation starts at $24.00. You will work Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 a.m. 

• Measure and cut glass to precise specifications using cutting tools and machinery.
• Inspect glass for defects and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Handle glass safely and efficiently to prevent damage or injury.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in glass cutting or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work swing and day shifts as required.
