NewSouth Window Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate order processing, clear communication between departments, and smooth job flow from measurement to installation. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong multitasking skills, great communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Responsibilities

  • Track job and measure flow: Monitor and manage the progression of jobs through the production lifecycle
  • Communication with production team: Proactively relay updates and issues regarding product orders or discrepancies
  • Order management: Place and track all product orders across multiple vendors, ensuring timely delivery
  • Data accuracy & review: Confirm the accuracy of all measurements and product orders; collaborate with backup coordinator for second-eyes review
  • Customer communication: Share job- or product-specific information with the Customer Communication Specialist to keep homeowners informed
  • Documentation & systems management: Maintain and update job details and order records in internal platforms such as LP and CRM
  • Aged job monitoring: Track and follow up on aged jobs in manufacturing to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with service orders: Support the team by placing and managing orders related to service or repair needs

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative, operations, or production coordination experience preferred
  • Window and door industry experience a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with computers, including CRM systems and order management tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work cross-functionally
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Dependable, collaborative, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work this schedule onsite- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
