Quality Supervisor

Pay Range: $75,000 - $93,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications

MITER Brands™ is a residential window and door manufacturer that provides a leading portfolio of window and door brands for the new construction and replacement segments. MITER Brands, also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors and PGTI is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. We are looking for a Quality Supervisor for our Tacoma, WA location.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the quality processes to ensure all products adhere to the company's rigorous standards and specifications. This role involves leading the quality team, implementing robust quality control measures, and working collaboratively with various departments to foster continuous improvement.

• Train and Support Team Members: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to team members on quality standards and procedures, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
• Champion Quality Improvement Initiatives: Actively participate in the development and execution of initiatives aimed at elevating quality standards.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to industry regulations and standards, safeguarding the integrity of quality processes.
• Communicate and Recommend Solutions: Report quality-related issues and offer strategic recommendations to the Technical Services Manager.

• A Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a quality or supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software; ORACLE experience is a plus.
