Warehouse Worker - Intercompany Department

Milgard Windows and Doors is a leading manufacturer in the window and door industry, known for our commitment to quality and innovation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Intercompany Warehouse Associate to join our team on the day shift. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of materials between company locations. The Intercompany Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and transfer of materials between company warehouses. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

The hourly compensation starts at $23.00. You will work Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 a.m. 

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials from intercompany transfers.
• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare materials for outgoing transfers to other company locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate transfers.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor promptly.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory management software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Flexibility to work the day shift and overtime as required.
