Production Coordinator - Ultra Department

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes.

The Production Coordinator in the Ultra Department is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the production schedule, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves working closely with various teams to maintain production timelines, manage resources, and ensure quality standards are met.

• Coordinate daily production activities and schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with department managers and team leads to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and workforce assignments.
• Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks promptly.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols throughout the production process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of production strategies and improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on production status and challenges.
• Support the Ultra Department with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a production coordination or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
