Production Assembler - Insulated Glass Department

The Production Assembler in the Insulated Glass Department is responsible for assembling glass units according to specifications, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety standards. This role involves working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Come and join our team in beautiful Prescott Valley, AZ. 

Compensation starts at $19.00. Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 a.m. 

• Assemble insulated glass units following detailed specifications and instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, screw guns) to cut, fasten, and assemble parts.
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints (training provided).
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints (training provided).
