The eQMS Engineer I work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Creates and / or assists in reports for multiple departments / sites across the Enterprise to aid in continuous improvement efforts. The eQMS Specialist provides comprehensive administrative support for the Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) in an accurate and efficient manner.

Location: 100% onsite in our Venice, FL location.

• Monitor, collect and analyze quality information / data from various quality systems and develop reports, make data driven recommendation / decisions, take appropriate action based on the trends, communicate / report activities and status when requested by leadership, when a negative trend is found or as needed to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
• System administration tasks including account profile management, permission management and password resets.
• Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of programs and processes in relation to internal and client document management.
• Running training reports for compliance monitoring and client / audit request purposes.
• Building reports and dashboards on request.
• Running regular management reports.
• Facilitating monthly Management Review meetings.
• Having a solid working knowledge of, and to comply with, the applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
• Self-starter taking initiative to begin projects, volunteers for new or difficult tasks, and works with little to no supervision.
• Promotes collaboration among peers and cross functional groups to work collectively by encouraging teamwork through effective communication, engagement activities, and influencing behaviors.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Prior experience working with:
  • eQMS (Electronic Quality Management Systems)
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Document Management Systems (DMS)

Language & Communication Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• High level of professionalism in all interactions and presentations.

Mathematical Skills

• Proficient in college-level mathematics.
• Strong foundation in:
  • Algebra
  • Geometry
  • Trigonometry

Computer Skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint)
  • Power BI, Excel modeling, or statistical software (e.g., Minitab)

Reasoning & Analytical Abilities

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to:
  • Coordinate across departments for unified outcomes.
  • Distinguish between technical specifications and business decisions.
  • Reconstruct events logically and forecast outcomes based on varying inputs

• Work Setting: 50% office (air-conditioned), 50% manufacturing (may lack air conditioning).
