Milgard Windows and Doors is conducting a Walk in Open Hiring Event for Swing Shift Shippers, here in Tualatin, Oregon.

20789 SW 115th Ave, Tualatin, OR 97062, on Wednesday, June 18th from 10:00 a.m. to Noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Monday through Friday with a 4:00pm start time. The hourly rate is $22.00 per hour plus a $2 Shift Differential

• Gather carts and properly place items in the warehouse.
• Ensure loads are complete per documentation, and that they are on the correct delivery vehicle in the proper order.
• Secure loads in a proper manner to minimize damage and breakage.

• Adhere to safety procedures as outlined in the Illness & Injury Prevention Program and the Employee Handbook.

• Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, particularly window manufacturing preferred.
• Glass handling and/or glass knowledge a plus.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted
• Ability to self-manage and multi-task
• Ability to work in, and promote, a team environment
