This position has direct responsibility for establishing and maintaining vital item master/vendor master data which feeds the BOM and has direct correlation to the cost of a finished good which is critical to analyzing margins and profitability. The data also exposes our cash investment in raw material, point of use, and finished goods inventory. Also provide analytical and administrative support aiding the development of all inventory control, inventory management, planning, purchasing & logistics initiatives as necessary.

• Principal facilitator in developing and maintaining all item master and vendor master data structures including part numbers, standard cost, class codes, vendor numbers, vendor codes, etc.
• Manage “C3” program for various ATO models
• Manage shrink factor percentages
• Effectively collaborate with internal and external personnel to meet enterprise and Supply Chain goals
• Identify as Supply Chain data “Super User” within the specific ERP environment
• Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement

• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite with concentration in Master Data/Procurement
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail   
• Associates Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
• APICS/ASCM, CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to create accurate reporting documents
