We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical General Accountant to manage our full cycle accounting process monthly and through year-end ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The General Accountant will also be responsible for the A/P, A/R and fixed asset processes aligned with the full cycle process.

• Prepare and post journal entries for routine and non-routine transactions
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and adjustments
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of required documentation
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments and manager to gather financial data and support budgeting efforts
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and files
• Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed assets contacting vendors and customers to maintain acceptable DSO and DPO levels.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 2–4 years of professional accounting experience

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• CPA certification or progress toward CPA is a plus
