Level IV Area Lead

As an Area Lead Level IV at Milgard Windows and Doors, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating daily operations within your designated area of the manufacturing plant. You will ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and support team development. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The hourly compensations starts at $24.00. Monday through Firday start time 5:00 a.m.

• Work closely with other departments, such as Maintenance, Quality Control, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations and resolve any interdepartmental issues.

• Minimum of years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least [Y] years in a supervisory or lead role.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and safety regulations. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
