Pultrusion Fiberglass Operator - Graveyard Shift

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Worker to join our Fiberglass Sticks Department at the Pultrusion Plant, graveyard. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production and handling of fiberglass sticks, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

The hourly compensation range is between $22.00 - $25.00, depending on experience. Plus, $2.00 shift differential for working the graveyard shift. You will work Monday through Friday starting at 10:00 p.m. 

• Assist in the production process of fiberglass sticks, including handling materials and operating machinery.
• Monitor production equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required up to 50 lbs.
