Wet Coat Finishing Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wet Coat Finishing Operator to join our team at the Pultrusion Fiberglass Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying wet coating finishes to fiberglass products, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our stringent standards. Our Pultrusion Fiberglass Plant is dedicated to delivering superior products through advanced manufacturing techniques and a skilled workforce.

Hourly compensation range is between $22.00 - $25.00, depending on experience. You will work Monday through Thursday 10 hour shifts, starting at 4:00 a.m.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in wet coating or a similar finishing process is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to coating operations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required, up to 50 lbs.
