Sales Trainee

As a Sales Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program lasting 9 months to 1 year, designed to prepare you for a career in sales within the company. This position will be based in Harrisburg, PA, and will require occasional travel.

Throughout the program, you will gain a thorough understanding of various aspects of the business, including customer service, business analysis, engineering, finance, and operations.

Upon successfully completing the Sales Trainee program, you may have the opportunity to advance to roles such as Sales Support Specialist or Territory Sales Representative, which will require relocation.

• Learn in-depth details about the company’s products or services.
• Participate in training programs related to sales techniques, product knowledge, and company procedures.
• Shadow experienced sales representatives to understand sales processes and customer interactions.
• Attend workshops, webinars, and team meetings to enhance sales skills and market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Assist in identifying customer requirements and matching them with suitable products
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to support the sales process.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers to help improve products or services. /services.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a high-growth environment
• Ability to work flexible hours depending upon business needs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timetables
• Must be detail-oriented
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Open to transfer into another position as defined above with possible relocation
