Our Sales Associates are responisble for growing sales and promoting the Milgard brand within the assigned territory. This individual will manage a book of accounts primarily through phone and electronic forms of communication; limited time in the field.

• Filing, scanning and general office duties as needed
• Computer Skills a must-Excel, Word, UKG, Oracle Navigation
• Strong Communication & Listening Skills-Phone
• Able to write clearly and effectively - presentation of information
• Work the scheduled shift Attention to detail must be strong
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma, GED certificate, and 1-2 years of experience performing general administrative functions; or a combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the position
• Proficient data entry skills with respect to database, spreadsheet, and word processing computer applications (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively and efficiently
• Desire to work in a nontraditional, participative work environment
