Our Sales Associates are responisble for growing sales and promoting the Milgard brand within the assigned territory. This individual will manage a book of accounts primarily through phone and electronic forms of communication; limited time in the field. 

Hourly compensation starts at $20.50 per hour. Monday through Friday, 8 AM scheduled start.

• Meeting and/or exceeding sales targets and promoting the Milgard brand
• Responsible for providing business counsel and marketing advice to Dealers within territory
• Providing an accurate and timely response to customer inquiries through various channels of communication
• Work to provide a prompt solution to Customer and Dealer concerns and complaints
• Will grow sales through online trainings, brochure fulfillment, ordering samples, etc.
• Make outbound calls to customers within assigned territory to drive sales and customer relations
• Act as the technical expert for Milgard products by utilizing CAD drawings and available resources
• Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with Production personnel, Credit and Delivery
• Process and review Dealer orders and requests received in an accurate and timely fashion
• Provide system generated acknowledgements to all orders as released
• Incorporates Milgard's visions and values into day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to the Milgard philosophy
• Communicates with and treats all departments, company personnel and customers with courtesy, integrity, respect and professionalism
• Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures
• Create and execute MPS objectives, meeting MPS commitments and working within the guidelines of MPS; reflects Milgard business values and the Milgard philosophy in all business interactions

• Minimum of one-to-three-years experience in Sales with a strong desire to promote to Outside Sales
• Previous window Sales and/or customer service preferred
• Relevant experience coordinating and cooperating with muliple departments
• ability to read blueprints 
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
