Production Supervisor (6pm - 6am on 2, 2, 3 work schedule)

Pay Range: $73,000 - $90,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications

MITER Brands™ is a residential window and door manufacturer that provides a leading portfolio of window and door brands for the new construction and replacement segments. MITER Brands, also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors and PGTI is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our Milgard Windows & Doors Vinyl Internal Supply location in Tacoma, WA.

This role is a full-time role on a 2,2,3 schedule 12-hour shift 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

• Ensuring that plant staff (Leads) enforce company policies and procedures, plant wide safety rules and team member rules of conduct.
• Interviewing, hiring, training, terminating, disciplining and coaching team members.

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with previous multi-line responsibility.
• Our ideal candidate will have three plus years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Must be an effective communicator, capable of teaching and generating results while enhancing the Milgard work environment and supporting the company's guiding principles.
• Prior experience in improving operations (Units Per Hour, reduced costs, etc.).
• To support Milgard’s Continuous Improvement culture, we would like strong background in LEAN process improvement principles and process management experience.
• Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
