Production Team Lead - Graveyard

A Graveyard Production Team Lead job in Tacoma, Washington is available at Milgard Windows and Doors, at our Internal Supply Vinyl building. In this role, you'll leverage your prior manufacturing experience to oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and directly support your team members. This hands-on position requires a mechanical aptitude and the ability to use measuring tools.

This position requires 12-hour shifts with a 6:00 p.m. start time and a rotating schedule. Compensation is between $27.00 - $30.00, depending on experience. Plus, $2.00 shift differential.

• Prior supervisory experience mentoring and motivating a team of individuals 
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred 
• Compute basic math equations and accurately read a tape measure 
• High level of Mechanical Aptitude 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) 
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
