We Manufacture exclusive products, We Install and Guarantee. In-Home sales experience and demonstrated closing ability required. We run in homes Sales, Monday through Saturday. Commission and a monthly bonus structure which allow our Factory Representatives to be amongst the top earners in the industry.

Due to our continued explosive growth, NewSouth Window Solutions is hiring Superstar In-Home Factory Representatives who are looking for a CAREER opportunity.  NewSouth is a part of PGT Innovations, a billion-dollar+ company and the #1 impact window & door manufacturer in the country.  NewSouth currently operates in 14 markets across the Southeast and in 2022 will open 3 new markets and will exceed $200 million in sales.  Our goal is to dominate the industry in every market that we serve!

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • To be successful, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  
  • High School Diploma 
  • An individual’s motor vehicle record must comply with company requirements. 
  • Customer Service oriented 
  • Ability to create rapport and problem solve.
  • Desire to succeed and have a competitive nature.
  • Previous in-home selling experience preferred. 
  • Ability to use computers, tablets, and other forms of technology.

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel for initial sales training.
